San Diego ADU Market

I recently did a project evaluating the San Diego market for ADUs and produced 2 outputs that I thought would be worth sharing. The first is an interactive Google Map showing the location of all ADUs registered with SANDAG (San Diego Association of Governments) from 2018 to 2023. To select a particular year, expand the map to full screen and open the left panel, then choose the year(s) you'd like to see. 

The second product is a podcast that I created through Google Notebook LM. This fascinating tool allows you to load in source documents and then query the AI against the sources. Additionally, it can create a podcast using the same source information. It's pretty good, but like all AI it's not perfect so there are places where it's a little repetitive and may not be 100% accurate if some of the information is misinterpreted. Nevertheless, a great primer of the ADU market in San Diego. Enjoy!
